They don't care!!!!!

I was unemployed for 3 months which led to me not being able to keep up with all my debtors. since January i have been working hard to bring all my accounts uptodate. however this company refuse to make arrangements with me but DEMAND that i bring the account uptodate within a month which is not possible. i have been speaking to a katherine and other agents including Denzil. all which are not interested. i believe this is against the NCR. i am willing to pay but being pushed and threatened is not acceptable too. i believe the Act encourages us to communicate with creditors to find amicable solutions. not to be bul**** the way I have been for the past 2 months. I have submitted documents to them following their advise in order to prove that i can honour the arrangements I am proposing. however i have received no response from them. I am really unhappy and is definately the last time I support this brand.
