Surrender of Vehicle - No evaluation even after 3 Months

<p>I have voluntarily surrenderd my vehicle on the 18 of May 2016. 3 Months later and the vehicle is not auctioned yet nor is there even an evaluation done on the vehicle. I am now getting charged with interest on a overall amount for 3 months. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
