Shocking service/work done

Would not recommend this dealership to anyone!! Terrible customer service from management and extremely poor workmanship,I was charged for repairs that never got done . Car initially went in for a service which turned into so many issues .The vehicle got soaked from the rain and they blamed the vehicle’s sunroof but there is absolutely nothing wrong with it this was caused by negligence ,management said I could pay them to have it dried .Totally unacceptable and shocked with the services I received Received a response on google to email office which I’ve already done RESPONSE: Who is the person replying on here? Because as far as I know I’ve already spoken to the owner / principal who did nothing but make excuses for he’s *********** employees
