Sheer incompetence

These guys are absolutely useless... I had my final payment due at the start of the current year, which we agreed on how it would be paid. I kept my end of the bargain as per agreement reached with them and sent through proofs of payment to the email address provided. Today, some 7 days after the payment was made and the proof of payment made, they still have not allocated the money to my account, meaning it remains in the red thus messing with my credit record. I have called then repeated to resolve this and everytime I do so they acknowledge that they have the proofs of payment they will allocate. Guess what though!! Nothing is done! How *********** can one be really!!!!!!
