Roadworthy of a 330D

I recently got approval for a 330D where BMW finances requested I pay R1000 for the Roadworthy and would be in touch when its finished, I paid it gladly thinking it wouldn't take longer than 2 working days right? WRONG! <br> <br> Well it's almost a week now and no one is bothering following up on if the car has been taken out of storage to the roadworthy office or not. As a first time BMW buyer I'm very disappointed to see you guys caring so little about a first time BMW customer and trying to make the process as slow and inconvenient as possible!<br> <br> Sort it out!
