Please be advised of hidden costs abd add ons when loaning money from this company. I loaned R75k to purchase a vehicle from a friend. BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES addded an amount of R15k to the deal calling it a maintenance warantee. I cancelled within 5 days but only received half my money back. The full amount if R90000 my loan of 75k + R15k remained as the capital balance on my account and i am being charged interest there on. I made numerous calls and sent various emails and still have not had my account sorted. I get phone calls and lawyers letters instead. Please be aware do not loan monet from this company you will be **********!
