Refund me now!

I sold my property and settled my homeloan on the 26 October 2018. I over paid this account by at least 2 months worth of repayments. I satisfied the requirements of settling the bond early, confirmation received.

I have been waiting for refund since the 20 November when I received the final statement. I notified BMWFS - Homeloans. to date no one is responding to me and my refund is also not in my account.

Last week I spoke to Elwin Abrahams who promised to settle the matter by Tuesday and this week he is not even responding to my emails and calls.

I feel cheated and ****** ! when i was behind with payment, they were always calling and responding promptly. when I am owed money, no one cares.
