Poor customer retention

<p>I am replacing my BMW with a cheaper vehicle and have submitted my application to various financial institutions. BMW financial services received all the input and without reviewing all the necessary input declined me as an existing customer for a lower monthly installment than the one I'm currently paying due to affordability?! Dale Sooman whom I spoke to was not willing to even listen to anything and have not bothered to get back to me with a new quote after I tried to explain. I have been a good customer for BMW finance for a number of years and can clearly afford my installments. This is very poor service if you want to keep paying customers!!</p>
