poor assistance on account ***2

<p>I had a car financed by bmw, after paying it off I had problems settling the account I realised I can't renew the disc on my recently paid off vehicle it was in bmws name,I went to bmw for assistance in obtaining a disc and my vehicle papers they told me I have to wait 21 days to get duplicate vehicle papers,then I asked for help in getting atleast the disc so I can use my car it's been 3 weeks the lady assisting me hasn't contacted me her name is yuri phashwana.I don't know what to do as I have made to visits to their office and several to the license department.</p>
