Payments Made to BMW Financial Services not reflecting on there Systems

I financed my 2013 ML 350 Bluetec vehicle with BMW financial services. Out of the blue i receive phone calls stating that payment are outstanding on my account of over R 4 000. I smelled a snake in the grass because my installment is R 13 200 and i pay R 14 000. Now i might be a fool but that amounts to R 9 600 that I'm ahead on my payments. So how can i be behind on my account? I requested a full payment history from BMW Financial Services to try and track down where the mistake might have happened and to my surprise according to BMW's records i did not pay my vehicle for 9 Months in the time period from 2017 till 2020. Well that means a repo officer would have been breaking my door down a long time ago. Which was not the case. !!! I then pulled all my bank records sins 2017 till 2020 to make sure all my payments were made and astonishingly I found that on some months double payments was made to them and no records of those payments showed up on BMW system.

I sent a mail to BMW Financial Services and queried this issue and attached all the documentation that proved this issue. As per mail sent:

"Would like to know why payments made on my account is not showing up on the BMW Financial systems?

Please see attached documentation as per BMW account print out and my bank account records. 16 April 2018 R 13 546.97 not recorded 31 May 2019 R13 690.05 not recorded 30 July 2019 R 15 974.98 second payment not recorded 30 Aug 2019 R 15 974.98 not recorded 30 Sept 2019 R 15 974.98 third payment not recorded 30 Nov 2019 R 15 974.98 not recorded Total : R 91 136.51 I expect this matter to be addressed with the utmost urgency.!!"

Now this matter has not been addressed as of yet. In short......BMW Financial Services are not up to standard and peoples payments are not reflecting on there systems. I wonder how may other people out there are suffering with the same issue.???

Hopefully after this review BMW would UP there Game and employ the right people that could bring there image back out of the GUTTER!!!
