Pathetic service from ium bmw insurance

Have bmw insurance worst company ever (ium), my car went into a water as we had heavy rainfall took it bmw they found water in the air box this insurance refuses to replace the engine, they are absolutely rude and manner less they have no empathy for customers. My car is still sitting in the repair shop for almost a month just for them to make a decision. Don't ever take this insurance.
