NO respect in the agreeements

On the 26 of April I bought a brand new Motorcycle GS 1200 LC in Donford Motorrad Cape Town<br> I trade my previous bike with an amout to settlle, the amount was include in the new loan for the new Bike<br> well all in order, and the dealership insure with BMW Insurance the total amount of the Purchase of Rands 218.000.- with very unfortunate situation on the 10 of May I have a serious accident and the Insurance decide to write off the vehicle, under my surprise when the moment of payment arrive the amount to pay was 196.000 and after my complain they said they only cover the reatil value of the vehicle less the excess of Rands 2500.<br> well the situation now is they Insured with copy of the invoice means they saw the value of 218.000 was over the retail, they charge a premium for the value of the invoice. This situation arrive to the point of if I don't have the accident, they will over charge for an Insurance they will never cover, and Here in SA of China this is *****! I call several times to BMW Finance to find an amicable solution to the problem as I bought many bikes in the last 4 years, NO one person contact me. Service is the worst and the insurance are not relaible at all!
