No Assistance Forthcoming from BMW Finance

So disappointed to be having to write this review. Have had my vehicle financed with BMW Finance for some years now and only received top class service, but oh how that has now changed.

Having recently sold my vehicle and paid it up with BMW Finance I was informed by them, not once, but TWICE that the change of ownership could be transferred directly from BMW Finance to the new owner.

To this extent they even made me complete a form which gave them permission to send the documents directly to the new owner - at my additional cost, I might add.

Now having discovered that this is, in fact, not the case and that the vehicle first has to be transferred into my name they are just not assisting me in issuing new documents. I have emailed their customer service three times and have received one phone call promising me that they would sort it out, but more than that nothing has transpired.

The new owner has had to courier the documents to me in Pmb from Cape Town at her expense and I suppose, when this eventually gets sorted out, that I will be liable for the expense of sending everything back again.

Amazing how when they give you good service they send out a survey asking you to rate the level of service you received, but when they give you bad service these emails strangely don't appear.

Come on guys please get your act together. It's so annoying to have had such good service only to be let down so badly at the end of my contract.
