Nightmare to deal with - just stay away!!

BWW are very quick to put you on the credit bureau when you owe them money but as soon as you settle their outstanding debt - when it comes to giving you your ownership documents, its a nightmare. I'm still waiting. That customer care centre should be shut down. The process flow there is diabolical. You deal with a new consultant with the same ref no, shambolic. Good luck to people who are going this route....
