Moratorium not approved for no reason

I have contacted BMW FINANCE late last month requesting moratorium since I lost my job. U requested that it will only be for 3 months then then the do it order can resume as normal. They requested the vocuments I.e. letter of termination and insurance documents which I did. After that they kept sending me from pillar to post not giving me any satisfactory feedback. My debit order goes off on the 1st of each month. I requested the moratorium for 1st August, September and October only but to my surprise the debit order went off on the 1st of August and there were no enough funds in my account then it bounced. I contacted them and they told me they cannot grant it to me, that was it with no reason. I am very disappointed with the way they treated me as I have been with them since 2013 without skipping even one payment. I am still requesting this but I don't know who can assist me as they do not show any interest.

I need assistance in this regard.
