MISCOMMUNICATION REGARDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BMW HomeLoans<br> <br> After getting a property financed through BMW finance, including a retention amount for renovations, BMW has now at the 11th hour issued additional terms and conditions which were never agreed upon and refusing pay out according to these said terms. <br> <br> We are now sitting with a property developer who needs to be paid, and funds are not being released.<br> <br> We have been very upfront regarding payment dates with BMW. <br> <br> Miscommunication from BMW from the onset has lead to this. <br> <br> We have correspondence from BMW which contradicts itself. <br> <br> BMW is now looking for any excuse and adding additional term after condition in order to pay out. <br> <br> This is not acceptable. <br>
