Milking the client

I was in arrears and arranged to pay this off. But now the costs are just escalating? We have settled all the costs when we were informed thereof. Every time there is more costs. We paid the amount before the 3/1/0/2018 when the sheriff went out - according to the correspondence from you we had to pay the money to avoid the sheriff going out. Why is there still costs involved? The agreement was that we settle the arrears and the legal costs and despite that you still sent the sheriff out? It doesn't make sense. We tried to resolve this and the costs are just escalating. What I don't understand is why you are still going on and adding costs even though we made arrangements and paid? If I knew this was going to happen, I would have you taking the bike back. Statements contradict each other. The one for Oct and Nov is different and all answer that I get is that you added some costs. Seriously? This is a never ending story without us having any say and still the judgement stays. The fact is that when we tried to rectify but you made it so difficult as if you still want to take the bike back. Not impressed at all.
