ium-short term insurance (BMW)are the worst bunch of *********** individuals

<p>In September 2016 I sold my bmw and bought another car.I cancelled my policy with ium insurance bmw and got the cancellation letter from a lady called Candince.Policy wad cancelled and guess what?after 2 months of cancelling this policy in November 2016 this *****s started debiting my account causing my current insurance to bounce.Called them talked to Candice,she apologised and send me another apology letter...GUESS WHAT THIS ****ING IDIOTS DID THE SAME THING AGAIN TODAY THE 04 JANUARY 2017,THEY JUST DEBITED MY ACCOUNT.WHAT THE **** IS REALLY WTONG WITH YOU.AND WHO SHOULD PICK UP THE BILL FOR THE REVERSAL FROM MY BANK.WHAT THE HE'LL DO YOU WANT FROM MY ACCOUNT ANYWAYS..YOU BETTER HAVE A GOOD EXPLANATION CAUSR THIS I WON'T LEAVE IT JUST LIKE THAT...I MEAN HOW STUPID CAN YOU GUYS REALLY BE?</p>
