Incompetence

<p>Had my car in for repairs after an accident, my insurer organized me a courtesy car with Queens Car rental company. Upon completion of the repairs my insurer stopped my rental days without informing me and as a result I was wrongfully debited by the rental company for keeping the car beyond what they both agreed upon excluding me in the whole process. My credit card was left empty with bank charges accumulating. </p>
