I am frustrated by these people. I had an account with them for the car that was settled, and they need to refund me - since Last year November, been waiting for them -after many emails, I sent = NOTHING and not even an update on the matter. and this account seems to be affecting my credit record now because that account is still active, and it appears as if I am skipping payments. I am taking to matter to my LAWYERS now.
