Harrased by call center agents

I am being harassed by the call center agents with calls of which the fault in your site.I spoke to Anel Swart on numerous occasions and has promised me that the issue has been resolved of which is not.I have send her 3 emails on different days which she doesn't even bother to respond to.I am not even enjoying my new car as if I can't afford it because your department loaded the banking details incorrectly. Not sure why *********** people should work in the finance department and mess up the loadings.
