Hi

i just want to applaud Palesa Tshabalala from BMW financial services . She has been very outstanding in her work ethic , customer service and how she interacts with customer . I must say i have had a great experience with her and i wish her great in her career path , may she continue with her excellent customer service skills . Customercare as a whole needs more people like her .
