Great brand but pathetic customer care !!

It is obvious from the many complaints on Hellopeter about BMW Financial Services and the lack of responses from the company , that they give a rat's ass about their clients. why then do we continue to be loyal clients to a non-caring brand like BMW. Thandeka Mindu .,..takes the prize at customer services. Absolutely arrogant , inefficient , useless and unwilling to assist. well done BMW...this is it for me... I'm out !(and my husband and my kids)
