Fully paid auctioned vehicle

BMW took my late husband vehicle on the 3rd week of his passing away. It was said by BMW, vehiclw is taken for safekeeping until we settle in full. We exchanged emails with Legal recoveries at BMW on the settlwment figure. Only learned from auctionerw that the vehicke was auctioned on the 17th March it was not sold and the next date is 31st March 2021. Yet the vehicle is paid in full and arrangements were made woth BMW. Cunsultant Madoda and Ntombizethu Kubeka with Bavick the boss lady are ********* and **********.
