********** Debiting of my bank account

Double debiting my payments from different accounts without permission. When I do a debit order stop on one of the accounts I received a Notice in term of section 129(1) of the National Credit Act and that BMW Finance is going to proceed with legal actions against me.

I have tried numerous times in correcting this, but I keep on getting calls from different people with no contexts of the issue. When I explain the issue all employees state that they will get back to me, however I only receive another call from someone else.
