Faceless unsympathetic company

Poor and unsympathetic assistance from BMW. Very unsympathetic during COVID lock down, and then my Review was cancelled even though I had made payments during lockdown (not total but all I could afford),. Business is up and running and have been sending payment through with extra to catch up the shortfall and have had feedback regarding the account - a very generic and unsympathetic attitude. This is a faceless large company during a time of challenges for everyone, Your only contact is the unhelpfull people at the call centre. You can not speak to a manager and if you try and visit their offices in Midrand you are turned away at the gate.. I have bought many vehicles over the years through this company but your support to them counts for nothing now.
