EARLY SETTLEMENT, DISCUSSED AGES AGO, AND PAPERWORK IN THEIR OFFICES. HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW BEEN A BAN****

Disgusting that i got a settlement, but they still took a FULL PREMIUM instead of the pro rata premium that was left. I mailed Nicky at Porsche ( she is wonderful and helpful) she spoke to a guy Greg, from BMW finance, two days ago, to contact me, and escalated the matter (how pathetic how you have to fight for your own money, till today he never phoned or e mailed me, my vehicle is paid of and they still go and take a premium, meaning they don know whats going on in their own offices, otherwise they would have taken the pro rata.... this is now becoming a never ending story, that's turning into a disaster!!! i'm very upset. No respect for people, unprofessional, and a don't care attitude.
