duplicate debit orders

I made an arrangement with Collection department to debit R1400 for 3 months for the month of feb, march and april. On the 29 feb, there were two separate debit orders of R1400 each.<br> <br> Unfortunately the actual debit order of R8770 that runs 1st of each month will not run due to R1400 which was incorrectly debited.<br> <br> Please contact me to arrange on how I can pay the difference instead of you refunding.
