dissapointig behaviour of BMW financial services

im an account holder with BMW financial services and last week the debit order returned because monies did not clear in my account..ive purchased a bmw 3 yrs ago and all payments were done via debit order timeously.i called BMW financial and requested details for payment.I was advised by the consultant that an email with banking details and account number will be sent.as of today ive not received anything.I called this morning at 8am and left a voice note for the accounts dept to call me,no call back.I receive a call now from Blake and asc to advise me that the account has been handed over.This is blatant disregard for customers and i need clients of this financial services provider to know whats happening as this will now be detrimental to my credit.I will have this posted on social media so that all patrons of this organization is made aware of the atrocious behaviour of this company.
