Disgusting service!! Will never use this provider again!!

<p>I cancelled my policy in October last year, they proceeded to deduct my account. I called 5 Jan after the holidays when I realised what had been happening. To this date I still haven't revived my money back from them!! They told me they have a 45 day return policy when they messed up NOT me? It's disgusting how they treat people. I'm in no financial position to wait for what's rightfully mine </p>
