Didn't think BMW also didn't care about customers

Now these peeps are bent on using Skynet couriers, clearly they don't care about the association reputation. They then answer emails on the following day, ehat do they do all day? I was happy with them up until now, if my parcel gets lost by this useless courier, we are going to have a huge problem.
