Debited my account after I have settled my car finance and empty promises of returning my the debit money - 38 days

I settled my cars finance on the 30 August 2019 and sent through proof of payment as requested.

On the 1st September 2019 my debit order came off. I have been trying since then to get BMW Financial Services to pay me back and they keep saying they are doing it in 24 to 48 hours and it has been over a month now. I am sick and tired of calling your call center to chase my money. Best thing to do it seems is a complaint with Financial Services Ombudsman.

This company is not trust worthy and if the tables were reversed and I owed them money, they would have had lawyers onto me already.
