damage to property

Good day

Hope this email finds you well as i have been putted through emotional stain by BMW insurance for 2 months without any joy..

1. I logged a claim on the 30th October 2016 with Kobus and he said he will send documents to fill inn and resent them back, I did that.

2 . He than forwarded my claim to Brandon who was helpful at that day and i personally emailed him all correspondences.

3. 4 days later Brandon went on leave and no one was able to assist me with my numerous calls and emails.

4. Called and spoke to Chantel whom was helpful but could not confirm the status of my claim due to internal delay

5. I then called BMW insurance everyday demanding feedback and no one can tel me because Brandon is on leave for 2 weeks.

6. Brand came back after 2 weeks and never bothered to make any follow up with me till i called him and requested update. he can told me that he has documents outstanding from my claim which he supposed to submit.

7. he took another 2 weeks to come tell me that i was convicted in 2014 and they have no access to my file i have to drive and go to groonvlei

I did that without even the letter that was requested by SAPS from the insure t write for me, I then got them the information.

Still no on cared to update me what has ti happen,

yesterday on the 13th December were no pallbearers are open and their decide to reject the claim due to non disclosure. which i fail to understand why would the insure not call the regular drive and only do verification on a the member only off which has no record of any once personal record

Let alone that and all that has happen, i requested the car to be delivered as it was collected at a derivable condition and the worse was done to the car,

1. bumper out
2. BMW sign out
3. light out

A car that was derivable to a piece on nothing

not that was not enough. i received an email from BMW insure stating that i should fetch my car at my cost as its been assembled. from the beginning why was that done to it if the intention was to reject the claim that took 2 months to the concluded.

Therefore if anything occurs to the engine which the accident had nothing to do with it , i will be pressing charges to BMW INSURANCE

this was by far the worse service ever.

Please see attached emails and pictures of the actual accident and how it was delivered to me in the 14th December 2016

My question is! is this how your clients are treated and be done when claim is rejected after 2 months of procrastination

Disappointmented and disbelief
