credit agreement re evaluation

I enquired about the status of my vehicle as it was repossessed in January,BMW 118i yesterday.I was advised that i should send necessary documentation for my request to be re evaluated as the evaluation amount came to R34200.00 and my outstanding debt amount on the vehicle is R140 000.00.i then forwarded all the necesaary forms to the manger at legal Angie ferreira and only to be told that the credit agreement act was amended in 15 march 2015.Now my problem is that not even Angie Ferreira(supervisor) was prepared to re evaluate my current finacial situation and my query was just treated in an ********* and unfair manner.I would like for my request to be re looked at feedback.
