CANNOT AFFORD IT

I have had a policy with the above company for 2 years .The first claim i have of R13000.00 (knocking a pole and been over quoted by their insurance they increase my policy by almost R1000.00 (never heard of this before -means i am indemnify myself basically .After complaining they ONLY increased it by R294.00 RAND.Two months later whala i have another increase ...my yearly one ...another R474.00 .I am a divorced lady and cannot afford such an increase in a year .TOTAL 768.00 .Please re-look at this seriously . I write letters and it takes weeks for people to respond
