Border letter absolutely slow service

How hard can it be to just do a simple border letter , first time to have a vehicle with BMW finance ,would say by far the worst service almost one week to get this letter , how many forms and same stuff you have to send and don't phone in you will waist your time and money, they just say we will help you once they get to your mail requests and you cannot go to there offices as they are closed or some excuse. If I didn't think out ahead I would have never went on holiday with my car ,but on this slow response it's going now I would probably not in 3 weeks time.. . Any other financial house has been much easier like at one day ,two at most then all sorted.
