BMW *****ulent financial services.
The most useless service currently in South Africa. I have settled my account last month and a debit order still went of this month where I requested a refund on the debit order. It is today 3 weeks with several emails and over a dozen calls to customer care and I still have no refund. You are very quick to take money but when you have to pay back you are full of stories. This is call ***** I will be opening a case of ***** and also refer the case to the ombudsman.
