BMW Pre-Legal not responding

Good Day, my account PRINSLO***9 has been handed to Pre-Legal and my name was blacklisted my account was paid in full and settlement letter was received, I have send numerous emails to BMW Pre-legal and have made numerous phone calls and no one is coming back to me - I need a letter from BMW stating that my account was settled in full urgently and my Blacklisting to be removed from my name as it was loaded incorrectly - can Anel / Kavitha or Siyabonga please get back to me as they all said they will be calling and or sending the Formal letter from BMW this is unacceptable
