BMW just really poor service.

Poor , Very poor Service. First they lose vehicle documents. Then i must pay R800.00 for duplicate documents which take 21 working days.......Here we are close to 2 months later and still no vehicle documents. Now having to instruct my legal team to take action. Just so tried of bad service from a company that bears The BMW brand.
