bmw insurance is one of the most useless insurance ive ever dealt with, it took them 3 day just to send me the correct forms , finally when i received the document , i completed them and sent them the very day. to-date my phone has not been fixed.<br> <br> i dealt with Zanele Mahlangu and Brandon Botha both of them are useless , always make promises and never kept 1 .<br> <br> i am cancelling my insurance with bmw insurance
