I changed my banking details. received confirmation that it was changed but the debit did not go off. It took me about 3 days to confirm that I must do an EFT for late payment as I did not want to just pay and they do a second debit run. Now my credit score is down the drain and shows a missed payment.

Its been more than a month with calls, several emails and no response.

Hope other financial services are better.
