BMW financial services robbing clients

BMW has been debiting the incorrect amount from my account for the past 2 months. I have called them multiple times as well as e mailed them yet the problem persists. They say it is a system error and they are escalating it. When you pay for a luxury vehicle you expect better service. Not stress and incompetence. Don't waste your time using BMW financial services. The brand has become as common as Hyndai and any other low end brand - there service is pathetic!!! 2 months to resolve a system issue is ridiculous. Just debit the correct amount every month - is that difficult?????
