BMW Financial Services - Registration document lost!!

Seriously poor customer service from BMW Financial services. My account was settled in February. I requested the original registration document various times. I then opted for the offered service they advised, a courier option 3-5 days for delivery. I paid the fees and followed up. They confirmed payment was received and that the registration document would reach me 3-5 days later. IT has now been more than 2 weeks yet again, 4 months after account settlement!!! No registration document. I believe that they had either lost it, or maybe there is suspected ***** here! Either way, the public should be made aware of this. I am also reporting this to the Financial Services Ombud.
