BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES IS A ****

I’m struggling to pay my car instalment due to business not doing well, so got a decent offer from another dealership to purchase the car but BMW is giving me the runaround it’s been a month now without them giving me a go ahead to sell the car so I salvage the situation I’m in and maintain whatever is left of my credit record….I’m starting to believe that they are entrapping me so they can auction the car at a very low price and leave me with a balance/difference to pay…as it stands I hate BMW with my whole heart because of this treatment.
