BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES - DONT DELIVER

Been trying to get a settlement letter out of BMW Financial Services for days on end now but all we get is empty promises and no e-mail. We require a letter confirming the vehicle was paid up. The vehicle was paid up in August 2010 allready, however insurance requires a letter from BMW confirming this again. BMW promises to email it but nothing on a daily basis. Customer service email address keeps returning since Monday. ********** / .com fails.

Please contact us AGAIN with the intention of actually sending us a letter confirming the vehicle was paid up in Aug 2010.
