BMW Financial Services dont care about their customers, we pay your salaries!

Account number: 672578. The account holder has been paying for the vehicle for 4 years (48 months) then got behind with the monthly payment for 2 months. BMW Finance proceeded with a judgement without any communication and had the car repossessed. We won the court order and had the judgement rescinded, however BMW Finance still did not return the vehicle until March 2019, but deregistered us as owners. We still made 3 monthly payments with all communication to BMW Finance never answered or ave had a court battle on with BMW finance for over a year now, recently dealt with Nola at the Head of Legal in JHB, where it was verbally agreed to that we could settle the outstanding amount and pay continue to pay the rest of the account until the end of the 60 months (which is later this year).. This morning the Sherriff has come to collect the car AGAIN. Strass Daly attorneys and BMW Finance are reluctant to get the matter sorted out amicably. Please can anyone assist??
