BMW Financial Services DISGUSTING SERVICE

I had a BMW Select deal which came to an end at the end of September 2021. Before handing the car in, I had TUV come and do an inspection.

Upon receiving the report, I corrected all the items on the report, ie replaced windscreen, scratches repaired etc , but now, 2 weeks later I have received a demand to pay for those scratches or else I will face having my credit score affected...

Im really concerned that these guys are going to affect my credit rating for an error on their part...
