BMW Financial Services deliberately destroying my credit record

On the 6th of August I made a shocking and unpleasant discovery. BMW Financial Services sent an inaccurate report regarding my payment track record to the credit bureaus. I made this discovery because I track my credit score with TransUnion on a monthly basis. I have been severely impacted by Covid-19 from a financial standpoint and thus working aggressively towards building up my credit score. BMW is said to have sent a report to TransUnion stating that my account is in arrears, which is NOT TRUE. I had to send TransUnion proof of payment for the month of July which now reflects on my credit report that it’s in arrears for 30 days, falsified information submitted by the team responsible for my account at BMW Financial services. What is more disheartening is the fact that they are doing this for the second time. I picked up the same issue in May and they started updating my profile with TransUnion upon my calling the Team lead Azande, I also sent an email to them copying their Head of Customer Experience Ashailan Moodley complaining about this because it’s destroying my credit record. It’s August and we are back at it again. On the 6th of August I gave BMW a call and spoke to Zuko, a consultant reporting to Azande, he advised that he would escalate the matter to his superiors and get back to me. AGAIN I sent an email to Azande and Ashailan, it’s the 13th of August, no one has acknowledged the email, nothing has been done because I followed up with TransUnion my account status for July is still reflecting that I’m in arrears. I’m deeply aggrieved by the brand’s overall attitude towards me as a customer. I have toiled with BMW so much this year, they are arrogant and apathetic. As a black female customer in this country I feel bul**** and undermined. Do I have to chase BMW to update my credit record with the bureaus on a monthly basis? Then my emails are completely ignored by the Team Lead and the Head of Customer experience. I attempted reaching out to Michelle Benedetti who is also a Head of Customer experience to no avail. This is not my first BMW however I can guarantee it’s my last. The brand has no respect for me as their customer. What do I do now? My credit score is impacted and I’m working towards purchasing property, the colour of my skin has everything to do with it, they wouldn’t dare behave in such a fashion if I was of another race.
