BMW financial service 'customer loyalty"....

Why do BMW financial services treat their "Loyal" customers like ******??. Suspected ***** on an account which you then block and just so happened to be day before debit order does not constitute a 'bad debt'!!! especially when its the first time it has happened in the past 10years??. What happened to customer loyalty
