Q: Please email affidavit stating that you no longer have this natis in your records, and that it is paid up, so that [we] can conclude the sale and register the vehicle as such with our local traffic department? A: May I please have copy of clients ID, contact number and physical address in order for us to generate a paid-up letter. [supp****] 19 Nov 24,10 reminders later: We unfortunately experiencing a huge delay receiving duplicates from the licencing department. I have already put in a request with our proxy, our normal turnaround time is 21 working days but due to the delay it couldn’t be longer. 3 Jan 25 after more reminders: Please note that the duplicate has been requested, waiting to receive it from the licencing department which will be opening on the 6th of January 2025. I will provide feedback then. 30 Jan automatic replay: I am currently out of the office on annual leave. I will be returning to the office on 30 July 2024 [!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!] and will not have access to my emails during this time.
